I have a few chapters of my book left and I literally do not want to read it. I don’t want it to end. I don’t know why really, because it’s not like it’s the best book I’ve ever read, but I just get the feeling something pretty bad is going to happen, and I don’t really want it to.

3. Book you’ve wanted but haven’t bought yet?
Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead. I own all the books in the series except the first one because I was too cheap to buy the book when I could get it free from the library. I still regret that decision - I hate the new series covers.
4. Do you prefer to buy or borrow books?
Borrow - I am a broke college student who cannot waste precious pennies on books to then later find out that I don’t like them. Should I like them however, I will go to the bookstore and buy a copy for myself.

Night by Elie Wiesel; I really enjoy reading books about the holocaust. It hurts to see what people had to go through, but I think it’s really inspiring to see how they’ve overcome their obstacles and become better for it.

Book Stuff That Drives Me Crazy:
- The inconsistent size of papeback books.
- Small font sizes, especially in the fantasy genre
- the long gap between the hardback and paperback release
- horrendous film/tv tie in covers taking over
- faux in-your-face stickers
- text on the back or front calling it to be the next (insert book title) or something
- quotes from other authors instead of a blurb on the back cover
- the inability to open a paperback without bending or slightly cracking the spine
and probably so many more…..
Unnecessary cover changes in the middle of the series!
Five Facts About Reading
Fact 1: Reading can expand your vocabulary.
Fact 2: Neighbors will never complain that your book is too loud.
Fact 3: Knowledge by osmosis has not yet been perfected. You’d better read.
Fact 4: Books have stopped bullets. Reading could save your life.
Fact 5: Dinosaurs didn’t read. Look what happened to them.
Do you ever read a book knowing that you could enjoy it more? For example reading a great contemporary novel while craving for fantasy. You know it’s a great book but somehow can’t enjoy it 100%. And it’s irritating because you know that you’ll never be able to unread the book and discover it at a better moment so it will probably always remain an okay book.
When the excitement is just too much.
- Me: I've got 50 pages left! I don't want this book to end--
- Me: but wow, really, I can't wait to start my next book.
- Me: what will I read?!
- Book: finish me first.
- Me: yeah, yeah, but what will I read next?!?
